Once a month, step away for two intentional hours of rest, reflection, and sound therapy, with biweekly virtual sound baths in between. Nothing to prepare, produce, or prove. Just come and get what you need.
Monthly in-person gatherings in the Atlanta area, plus biweekly virtual sound baths.
You have a vision for your life, your business, and your children. You know there is more for you, even when you feel lost in the how of making it happen.
But entrepreneurship and motherhood can be a lot. It is mentally exhausting to always be thinking about what comes next. Physically draining to move between the business, the children, the house, and everyone who needs you. Emotionally heavy to keep asking whether you are doing enough.
You finish one thing and immediately move the goalpost. That is done. What is next? You rarely stop long enough to acknowledge how much you have already carried and created.
Maybe you do not need another strategy right now. Maybe you need somewhere to sit down, get still, and hear yourself again.
The Soulcial Hour was created for that woman. The mother holding it all while barely holding herself together. The one who wants more, and not only financially. More time with her children. More peace in her home. More room to enjoy the life she is working so hard to create.
You are allowed to build a life that feels good to you. And you are allowed to rest while you build it.
Once a month, we gather in person for two intentional hours of stillness, personal reflection, light refreshments, and a calming sound bath. Time to quiet the mental noise, reconnect with yourself, and let your body rest.
You do not have to arrive with everything figured out, or be polished, productive, or ready to pour into anyone else. Come and connect with other women. Share what has been weighing on you. Say very little. Come only for the sound bath. All of it is welcome.
My intention is for you to feel supported while I do the holding. You will never be responsible for carrying the room. And we honor your time. The gathering is two hours. We begin, you receive what you need, and we end on time. Stay to connect if you like, or return to your life without guilt.
This is not about showing up for everyone else. It is about showing up for yourself.
One minute inside a Soulcial Hour gathering.
Mi'Lisa is a certified sound therapist and life coach who built her work around one truth: mothers cannot keep pouring from an empty cup. She created The Soulcial Hour as the space she needed for herself, a place to stop, be still, and be cared for.
She leads every sound bath, so the rest you receive is guided by someone trained to help your nervous system truly settle.
Even self-care can start to feel like another responsibility. Another event to attend. Another conversation. Another space where you are expected to be on.
The Soulcial Hour is different. There is no homework and nothing to prepare. You do not have to network, promote your business, solve anyone's problems, or leave with another to-do list. You are coming to rest. To breathe. To receive. To remember that you are still here beneath all the roles you carry.
You do not have to make this productive for it to be valuable. Your rest is enough.
I am starting with a simple commitment, because I want this space to feel sustainable for all of us. Your membership includes exactly what I know I can consistently and intentionally provide.
A two-hour restorative gathering with time to settle in, light refreshments, personal reflection, and a calming sound bath. Protected time to put the weight down and reconnect with yourself.
Shorter moments of sound, stillness, and reflection between gatherings. Join from wherever you are, turn your camera off if you need to, and give yourself permission to pause.
Come tired. Come overwhelmed. Come uncertain. Come proud of yourself. Come needing encouragement. Come not wanting to talk at all. Just come and get what you need.
Space is intentionally limited, so each gathering stays intimate, restorative, and genuinely supportive.
Become a memberI am past the point of just showing up to support people. I am glad you are the one doing this, but I am here for me.A woman who chose herself
When I came into the event I was feeling overwhelmed with life, building my business and taking care of my high-energy 3 year old. To the point I was even thinking of not coming, because I had so much I needed to get done. But I told myself it was necessary to take the time out for myself. I left feeling re-energized, and it was exactly what I needed.
Today was amazing. It really meant a lot. Thanks for inviting me. I needed it.
Gathering attendeeThanks again for creating space.
Gathering attendeeThere will always be another task, another client, another need. The business will keep needing you. Your children will keep needing you. But you need you, too.
The Soulcial Hour was created because I need this space for my damn self. I know what it feels like to love your work and still wonder whether you have what it takes to keep building it. To be clear about your purpose but lost in the process. To hold space for everyone else and never sit still long enough to ask what you need.
You do not have to finish everything before you rest. You do not have to earn this time. You only have to decide that you are worthy of being cared for, too.
Two intentional hours for the woman beneath the mother, the leader, the business owner, and everything else she carries.
